Description
Gray sky and flat light allow the architecture and stonework of this church to be the star. The sign out front said, "IN BROCKTON FOR GOOD," a very truthful play on words. Brockton's churches have long played a vital role for good in the lives of town's people. The impressionist style of this painting prevents the sign from being readable, so the title will have to do.
